Sgt. Amro Elgeziry, a unit supply expert, and Spc. Samantha Shultz, an engine transport administrator, qualified for the group in the wake of medaling at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru. “I recall that I was going to cross the end goal, and I got chills and grinned,” said Shultz, a five-time national victor. “In my mind I was thinking ‘Goodness my gosh, I didn’t simply win a decoration yet I qualified for the Olympics, wow I can’t trust I recently did that.’ It was so strange.”

“I am building my base with the goal that I am all set when the season begins,” said Shultz. “I will do mental preparing, perception, and being more intelligent about the manners in which I train.
